How do I order an instrument from your website?
If you see something that interests you, contact us, and we will place it in our service/restoration schedule and give you the "right to buy" that instrument. In a way this is "first come first serve" but we will make every attempt to reserve if for you.
Can a instrument be returned?
I offer a 7 day trial period with a money back guarantee, for both in-person or mail orders postmarked within 7days. Student Instruments: Will accept returns with full refund minus in most cases $15-25 per month usage (depending on the cost and nature of the instrument) if returned in same condition as purchased. Please read the "How to Order" page for all details.
Are instruments sold in working order?
All DMI instruments are serviced by a professional repairmen and then retested by us before they leave the shop. All instruments are sold in very good to Excellent playing condition, unless otherwise specified.
Will my instrument come with a case?
All instruments come with cases and some assessories.
Do you international based buyers?
DMI has/sells instruments World-wide. We have or have had regular and repeat customers in Japan, Germany, Australia, England, the Ukraine, and else where.
Do you ship instruments?
I usually and prefer to ship UPS ground/insured. UPS air/insured if necessary and or desired. USPS (United States Postal Service) is available. Take note: USPS has lost packages of mineshipping overseas. The buyer pays all shipping costs. These are determined before shipping. Please read the "How to Order" page for all details
